I launched my coaching programme to help high-performing career-driven women navigate the rollercoaster perimenopause and menopause years.

As a coach of almost a decade, and a freelance journalist for more than double that time, I know what it's like to juggle everything every day.

With a family of my own, I understand the importance of balancing work and family life, and I'm committed to helping others achieve that balance so that they can feel and look amazing, have the energy to do the things they love with the people they love, and show up as the best version of themselves professionally at a time in their life when they are reaching their peak

Mind & Body Audit

We'll take you through a full audit of your health, your weight, the food you're eating and the amount of movement and exercise you're doing each day. This step is essential to understand where you're at now and where you want to get to. Once we've established this, we will identify the changes we need to make to your nutrition and exercise so that you can start to build momentum and see results.

Time & Energy Audit

We are all juggling everything and adding new tasks to our busy days can be overwhelming, so we will do a deep dive in to how your days and weeks look, to understand when and how we can fit in more activity, time to prep food and so on, so that you are able to increase your productivity and use your time wisely. 

Mindset Mastery

We'll work with you to understand what aspects of your routine and habits are not currently aligned with the version of the person you wish to become. We will look to identify the root cause and provide solutions so that you can take steps forward to overcome your roadblocks in a way that works for you. We'll look at what, when and how stuff derails you and work out ways to overcome this.

The Blueprint

This is where we bring it all together! We understand your current roadblocks to success and build our plan specifically to help you establish the healthy lifestyle you need to see results. It will include:

a specially designed training plan; a nutrition plan for you to hit each day; and we will track data each week on your progress so that we can closely monitor and adjust as necessary

About Me...


I've spent the best part of 20 years in endurance sports, both competitively and for fun, as well as climbing all over the world. I used to pride myself on being able to train harder and for longer than most, and thought that the way to success always lay in "doing more"....that was until I hit my forties and, surprise surprise, the stuff I had got away with before no longer was quite so forgiving.

I was picking up some annoying injuries, chronically under-eating, my body hurt, my sleep was terrible and I was super-low in energy all the time — I was also experiencing some debilitating perimenopause symptoms.

Fast-forward and life looks a lot different now. I now focus more on strength training for a strong, injury-free body that will serve me well into midlife and beyond, and enable me to do the sports that I love.

I now eat the right food, and enough of it, to sustain my training, sleep well, have consistent energy and feel great every day.
